Here's how it works:
Step 1
We Pick a Day
We'll schedule your project at least 2 weeks in advance.
Make sure this is when you have 1-3 days that you can be available on Slack to answer questions and provide feedback. We will be in close communication as the project progresses.
Step 2
Design Prep-Work
Ahead of your website project, I'll send you a booklet of pre-work to do. This is to ensure that everything goes smooth as butta' on your day: I'll have all the assets I need to do my work effectively and quickly.
Give yourself about 2 weeks to complete this work. Have it ready before our strategy call on the day we start, and I'll be ready to go!
Step 3
Your VIP Day
We'll start the first day with a brief Strategy Call to get all our priorities planned out, and then I'm off to the races!
After that, we'll communicate via my Slack channel, on quick back and forth items like feedback, confirmation codes, etc. (we won't be on any more video calls) I create your website based on your prep work and get back in tough with you at the end of 1-3 days with the finished result!
Step 4
Post-Day Support
For 14 days after your project day, I'll be available via email to help you with support, based on the work we completed directly together on your website project.
That could be, questions about how to use your website, small tweaks to images or text, or even quick video demos if it applies.
